Please read the following information carefully before applying for a commission slot.
By commissioning me, you agree to all the terms outlined below.

General
♥ Feel free to contact me through direct messages on Discord if you have any questions (xnekopika).
♥ You can commission me via twitter dms or discord dms.
♥ I do not do character design unless specifically stated in the commission.
♥ When contacting me, please include references of your character, along with a brief outline of your concept.
♥ Regular updates will be provided as progress is made.
♥ Final work will be delivered in high-quality via email or Discord.
♥ My illustrations and commissioned works are strictly prohibited from being used in any AI programs.
♥ I prefer drawing female characters.

Deadlines/Turnaround Time
Commissions will typically take 2-4 weeks, but the timeline will be confirmed during the sketch approval stage.

Payment♥ All payments are processed in EUR through PayPal via invoice.
♥ Payments must be made within 48 hours of receiving the invoice.
♥ Invoices will be sent after the initial sketch is approved, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Restrictions♥ I reserve the right to decline any commission request without providing an explanation.
♥ I do not accept commissions for the following: Furry, Mecha, Elderly people, hateful content, gore, fetish, hardcore nsfw.

Refund Policy♥ All sales are final.
♥ Refunds can only be requested if no work has been started on the project.

Commercial Use & Pricing
If the commissioner plans to use the artwork for commercial purposes, this must be communicated to the artist in advance.♥ Commercial use includes reproducing the commission for profit (e.g., merch, autograph cards).
♥ Creator Use means using the artworks for platforms like Twitch, Youtube, websites, emotes, banners, etc.
♥ Private use is intended for non-commercial purposes, such as profile pictures, a one-off print for personal use, or digital backgrounds for personal devices.Pricing
♥ Creator Use: 1.5x the base price.
♥ Commercial Use: 2x the base price.

Copyright & Ownership
The artist retains the copyright to all commissioned artwork. Commissioners may not claim the artwork as their own or use it for commercial purposes unless commercial rights are purchased.

Credit
When using the commissioned artwork for personal use on social media, please give credit to the artist (e.g., by tagging or linking to the artist’s profile).
